Braised Petite Short Ribs
natural jus, mashed potatoes, and Chef's choice vegetable

Caprese-Stuffed Chicken
roasted tomato coulis, chive whipped yukons, baby vegetables, parmesan tomato

Mahi Mahi
with citrus beurre blanc sauce, Chef's choice starch and vegetable

All meals include:

The Pfister House Salad
locally grown organic greens, teardrop tomatoes, julienned cucumber and carrots
with 1893 Pfister dill and lemon oregano vinaigrette dressings

S'mores
Chocolate ganache tart, toasted marshmallow meringue, chocolate mousse,
