Pat Dillon
In gratitude for his dedication and commitment to the Crusader Athletic Program as a faithful coach, Athletic Director, Administrator, guidance counselor and supporter from 1961 until his passing in 2001. Pat originally joined Catholic Memorial in 1961 as a teacher in the Math Department, while also becoming the Varsity track and field head coach, JV basketball coach and Varsity assistant football coach. In 1976, Pat coached his last game for CMH so that he could devote more time to his role as guidance counselor. Pat provided 40 years of service to Catholic Memorial service as an educator, coach, athletic director, Dean of Students, vice principal and ultimately guidance counselor. He passed away at the age of 73, on November 6, 2001, but his legacy at Catholic Memorial lives on.
