Braised Petite Short Ribs

natural jus, chive whipped Yukon potatoes, and Chef's choice vegetable

Caprese-Stuffed Chicken

roasted tomato coulis, chive whipped Yukon potatoes, and Chef's choice vegetable

Potato-Crusted Salmon

garlic leek fondue, saffron risotto, and asparagus

All meals include:

The Pfister House Salad

organic baby lettuces, shaved cucumber, shaved carrots, tomato, and 1893 Pfister dill dressing

Cookies and Cream Trifle

white chocolate mousse layered with crushed Oreo cookies, vanilla bean whipped cream, and a chocolate Oreo deco
